Requirements

• Foundational understanding of business operations and risk environments
• Knowledge of risk-based auditing techniques and methodologies
• Familiarity with federal and state regulations, corporate policies, and industry best practices
• Demonstrated project management capabilities
• Understanding of operational and regulatory risk control concepts
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Auditing, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

• Master's Degree in related field preferred (or equivalent professional experience)

• Collaborate cross-functionally with management and team members to optimize risk assessment methodologies

• Gather, analyze, and synthesize complex data to present actionable conclusions and risk mitigation recommendations
• Lead specialized risk assessments and testing cycles to ensure operational effectiveness and regulatory compliance
