Position Summary: The Risk Analyst is a Registered Nurse position that will identify, assess, and mitigate risks to patient safety, staff, and organizational liability. This position will closely analyze incident reports, claims, and compliance data to develop safety protocols, ensure regulatory compliance, and support. This role requires strong analytical skills to review data, identify trends, and recommend improvements. Will develop and implement plans to minimize liability and improve patient safety. Will ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards. Will assist in investigating patient concerns, incidents, and potential claims. Will work with clinical staff and leadership to foster a culture of safety.

Requirements

  • Requires CA Registered Nurse Licensure
  • Requires proficiency in data analysis, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Prefer Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Prefer 2-4 years of experience in Risk Management, Quality Improvement, or clinical setting.
