About The Position

This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States. The Risk Analyst III supports the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Governance function by executing and enhancing enterprise-wide third-party risk processes. This role has opportunities to partner with internal stakeholders to help build program enhancements ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and internal risk appetite. The role contributes to the continuous improvement of governance frameworks, policies, and controls related to third-party relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Risk Analytics or Analytics OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in Risk Analytics or Analytics

Nice To Haves

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assessments and priorities
  • Experience in Third-Party Risk Management, Vendor Risk Management, or Operational Risk within a financial institution
  • Familiarity with regulatory guidance related to third-party risk (e.g., OCC, FRB, FDIC, CFPB)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting risk assessment results and identifying trends
  • Ability to communicate risk concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with TPRM tools or GRC platforms (e.g., Archer, ServiceNow, MetricStream)

Responsibilities

  • Executes and supports the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) governance framework, including policies, standards, and procedures
  • Acts as a resource to first-line stakeholders by providing guidance on third-party risk requirements and processes
  • Contributes to process enhancements, documentation, and regulatory or audit support related to third-party risk governance
  • Prepares risk reporting, metrics, and governance materials for management and oversight forums
  • Participate in various assessments to identify risk trends and/or control gaps
