We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Manager, Employer Partnerships, to lead our efforts in connecting non-traditional talent – which includes students, professionals and individuals who do not have a standard technology background – from the ServiceNow RiseUp with ServiceNow program with employer partners. In this client-facing role, you will drive partnerships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and senior executives to enhance talent acquisition strategies and promote the value of non-traditional hiring from the RiseUp with ServiceNow talent pool. Your focus will be on fostering long-term relationships, identifying opportunities to place RiseUp with ServiceNow talent, and advancing workforce development solutions across a variety of industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and exceptional communication skills.
