About The Position

Phillips Academy has an immediate opening for a part-time Rink Operator. Responsibilities include the operation of an electric ice resurfacer and the performance of other maintenance and janitorial duties. Additional duties for this position include pro shop attendant, skate sharpening, and hockey instructor, etc. Experience preferred but not required as we will train the right candidate. Physical ability to perform all job functions and work in cold environment required. This position includes weekend shifts and evening shifts, 8-16 hours per week with potential of additional shifts as needed. This is a non-benefits eligible position with the exception of those benefits required by law. The Academy provides competitive benefits and salary.
