About The Position
Assistwith skate rentals, manage waiver completion, and ensure smooth guest flow in and out of the rink area.
Requirements

- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays during the event season.
Responsibilities
- Assistguests with skate rentals, fittings, and returns.
- Verify and collect guest waivers before rink entry.
- Keep rental and return areas organized and clean.
- Monitorequipment condition and report damage or maintenance needs.
- Provide outstanding guest service with efficiency and warmth.
