About The Position

The Rights of Way & Renewable Energy Technician position at the Colorado State Land Board involves providing technical and administrative support to the Transactions and Records Services (TRS) team. Requirements

• Two years of experience processing contracts and maintaining a database.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Google Suite, including Google Drive.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Adobe, and DocuSign.
• Experience in a legal environment interpreting contracts and reviewing files.
• Experience using process improvement concepts like Lean or Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and administrative support for document and lease processing.
• Manage electronic file management, billing, and auditing tasks.
• Use various software platforms daily, including Google, Microsoft, Adobe, Netsuite, Laserfiche, and DocuSign.
• Maintain accurate records in the Netsuite asset management system.
• Identify and correct inaccuracies in the database.
• Perform file management and record keeping, including scanning and renaming digital files.
• Assist in fulfilling Colorado Open Records Act (CORA) requests.
• Enter custom billing line items into Netsuite and verify payments.
• Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers.
• Train colleagues on procedures and assist with online customer portal features.
