About The Position

Audubon is currently seeking a Right of Way Systems Administration Manager to
join our team. The Right of Way Systems Administration Manager is an
entry-level to mid-level project management professional accountable for
establishing the organizational foundation of Right of Way projects. This role
focuses on the management of document systems, data integrity, and the direct
supervision of administrative personnel to ensure consistency, continuity of
workflow between projects and clients focused on the company strategy and
project goals.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in an administrative or professional field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in an administrative and project management role.
• Skills: Proficiency in Windows-based software and Microsoft Office applications for document preparation and project reporting. Knowledge of workflows and requirements of projects in the various sectors we serve.
• Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a small team of administrative staff.

Responsibilities

• Document Management: Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately within the company’s document control systems.
• Personnel Supervision: Supervises administrative personnel, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Data Integrity: Audits the health of project documentation and administrative workflows to ensure audit-readiness.
• Process Compliance: Effectively applies Audubon methodology and enforces standard administrative project procedures.
• Financial Administration: Assists in ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and monitors receivables for the project team.
• Operational Support: Manages day-to-day administrative aspects of project scope, providing a point of contact for internal team members.
