About The Position

The Right of Way Senior Project Manager at Bowman will lead the Right of Way team in Boynton Beach, FL, providing services to clients and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. This role involves mentoring junior staff, managing project contracts, and overseeing the execution of transportation, energy, or utility projects while maintaining budget and schedule adherence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent professional experience.
• Eight or more years of experience in land, right of way, easement acquisition, or related fields.
• Minimum two years of Right of Way supervisory experience preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of Right of Way aspects including project management and budgeting.
• Experience reading construction or engineering design plans.
• Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft applications and database systems.
• Satisfactory driving record and a current valid State driver's license.

Nice To Haves

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.
• Ability to obtain a real estate license if required.
• International Right of Way Association (IRWA) coursework or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the Right of Way team.
• Manage people and processes to ensure effective execution of projects.
• Review work produced by staff for quality assurance.
• Oversee client interactions, including contract proposals and project meetings.
• Lead and manage project teams from bid to completion.
• Mentor and direct junior staff, coordinating with project managers.
• Supervise the overall direction and management of the right-of-way team and sub-consultants.
• Manage daily plan production, schedule, budget, and quality control.
• Track results and report progress regularly.
• Assist in developing processes for operational excellence.
