About The Position
Snohomish County Public Works is hiring a Right-of-Way Review Appraiser Senior for the Right-of-Way team within our Engineering Services division. Use your appraisal and people skills to join an award-winning Public Works organization! As the Right-of-Way Review Appraiser Senior, you will be responsible for professional assignments including completing appraisals and appraisal reviews for acquisitions of properties under eminent domain, completing Determinations of Value and establishing Just Compensation for each appraisal report reviewed, preparing funding estimates, completing Waiver Valuations and Cost worksheets, and assisting in administration of appraisal service contracts.
