What You’ll Do The Right of Way Enforcement (ROWE) Division of DOTI is seeking full-time Staff Assistant! We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented individual who excels at internal communications and managing and organizing new processes related to Parking and Right of Way Enforcement. Specifically, as a Staff Assistant you will:

Requirements

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong critical thinking and sound decision‑making skills
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication abilities
  • Demonstrated commitment to accuracy and quality in all work
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with purchasing and/or processing invoices and payments
  • Data entry experience
  • Education requirement: Graduation from high school or the possession of a GED, HiSET or TASC Certificate.
  • Experience Requirement: Four (4) years of experience performing specialized and/or technical office support work of the type and at the level of Administrative Support Assistant IV.

Responsibilities

  • Process hearing notices from the Courts
  • Schedule agents to appear for parking hearings
  • Help integrate processes between the Courts and Right of Way Enforcement.
  • Conduct research in the parking management information system and facilitate resolution to common inquiries.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to manage purchase orders, process invoices and facilitate payments to vendors.
  • Serve as the Asset Custodian for the Right of Way Enforcement division.
