About The Position
The Right-of-Way Agent plays a crucial role in acquiring land rights for new business jobs and major projects at SDG&E. This position requires an intermediate level of experience in acquisition matters, including negotiating easement rights with landowners and providing guidance to internal teams and consultants. The agent will also review appraisals and support legal proceedings related to land acquisition.
