Listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, it is present in more than 50 countries around the world and employs about 30,000 people of over 130 nationalities.Project: UARUJob Title: Rigging Loft CoordinatorLocation: Guyana - OnshoreJob Description: MissionCoordinate and control the work of the dependent team based on rigging and lifting activities assigned, directly overseeing critical lifting operationsDistribute the equipment and materials to allow the team to perform the assigned activitiesTasksEnsure that operators and all personnel belonging to the team strictly observe applicable safety standardsEnsure that the works are carried out in accordance with the project quality requirementsAnalyse the method drawing s and procedures received from the works supervisor and give instructions to the team in order to execute the works in accordanceCoordinate and check the work carried out by the team, reporting any difficulties to the works supe rvisorOrganize all the means and lifting equipment necessary to perform the work. Check that they comply with applicable provisions, report any anomalies and coordinate any corrective actionsLiaise with the works supervisor in order to optimize the use of equipment and personnelCarry out the daily toolbox talkingsVerify the equipment daily check list prior to start the worksEnsure adherence to the planned time frameProvide the work supervisor with data on manpower, equipment, tools and material usedImplement the permit-to-work systemLiaise with other disciplines on ongoing operationsEnsure the housekeeping of the work locationWhat are we looking for?Languages: English Language skills requiredTechnical Knowledge: Rigging background and coordination.What else should you know? Responsibilities
- Coordinate and control the work of the dependent team based on rigging and lifting activities assigned, directly overseeing critical lifting operations
- Distribute the equipment and materials to allow the team to perform the assigned activities
- Ensure that operators and all personnel belonging to the team strictly observe applicable safety standards
- Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the project quality requirements
- Analyse the method drawing s and procedures received from the works supervisor and give instructions to the team in order to execute the works in accordance
- Coordinate and check the work carried out by the team, reporting any difficulties to the works supe rvisor
- Organize all the means and lifting equipment necessary to perform the work.
- Check that they comply with applicable provisions, report any anomalies and coordinate any corrective actions
- Liaise with the works supervisor in order to optimize the use of equipment and personnel
- Carry out the daily toolbox talkings
- Verify the equipment daily check list prior to start the works
- Ensure adherence to the planned time frame
- Provide the work supervisor with data on manpower, equipment, tools and material used
- Implement the permit-to-work system
- Liaise with other disciplines on ongoing operations
- Ensure the housekeeping of the work location
