About The Position

Rigger Quality Auto & Equipment Inc. is seeking a certified rigger to operate rigging gear and transport heavy loads at our Ringgold, GA location. Requirements

• Proven experience as a Rigger or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Familiarity with crane operation and commercial driving is highly desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy loads and work long hours outdoors.
• Certification in rigging or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
• Willingness to learn new skills related to rigging techniques and equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Perform heavy lifting as required to load and unload materials.
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including checking for damaged goods and verifying quantities.
• Utilize order picking systems to accurately fulfill orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts as needed.
• Conduct routine inspections of the forklift and report any maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including OSHA regulations.
• Perform miscellaneous labor around the warehouse.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations in the warehouse.
• Operate a lift truck to move, stack, load, or unload materials in a safe and efficient manner.
