About The Position

The RigCLOUD Operations Senior Manager at Nabors is responsible for overseeing the safe, efficient, and profitable operations of the RigCLOUD US business. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred, or 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Deep subject matter expertise in digital drilling technologies and competitive landscape.
• Strong knowledge of drilling engineering and analytical skills.
• Balanced expertise in strategy development and program execution.

Nice To Haves

• Solid background in networks, directional drilling, drilling engineering, and rig operations.
• Experience in rig instrumentation business.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership and management of the U.S. RigCLOUD business.
• Developing and expanding market shares according to approved plans and budgets.
• Engaging with customers and partners to foster strong relationships and collaboration.
• Leading the technology roadmap for the RigCLOUD platform in partnership with the Product Management team.
• Managing field and cloud-based service delivery across U.S. markets.
• Guiding the implementation and growth of the Customer Success Management team.
• Directing the Service Delivery & Operations support organization for remote operations teams.
• Ensuring adherence to quality and safety programs.
• Driving differentiated value propositions based on customer insights.
