Ride Operator
About The Position
This position is WEEKENDS ONLY. Position will begin early/mid February. Must be able to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday. As well as 2 weeks of Spring Break. A Ride Operator must have the ability to operate rides safely and correctly. This position calls for someone who is very people oriented. Verbal communication skills are extremely important. Must have a complete understanding of the ride operator process and must enjoy working outdoors. A ride operator must be able to work well under pressure, be a team player, and be customer service oriented.
Requirements
- Must have excellent guest service skills.
- Must be able to operate mechanical amusement rides safely and correctly.
- Must work honestly and efficiently.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must follow park safety guidelines and procedures.
- Must be willing to help other departments as needed.
- Responsible for checking work schedule and being on time when scheduled to work.
