Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Strong English language communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal abilities.
• A commitment to great customer service.
• Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 40 lbs.
• Comfortable with heights.
• Successfully pass the company provided and paid American Red Cross certification trainings to include CPR and AED.
• Able to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service while delivering the thrills and excitement we're known around the world for.
• Ensure excellent guest service by responding to and exceeding guest requirements, expectations and needs.
• Monitor rides, following all safety regulations.
• Ensure guests meet ride admission requirements.
• Assist in loading and unloading guests from rides.
• Interact with guests while implementing park safety guidelines.
• Participate in American Red Cross and organization audit processes.
• Attend in-service meetings and cross-train to work in other park areas.
• Maintain the cleanliness of your area.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Report unsafe situations.
