Responsibilities

• Operate rice milling equipment to process raw rice into finished products.
• Prepare and shape rice balls (Onigiri) according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels of rice and other ingredients, assisting with stock management as needed.
• Provide product demonstrations and engage with customers to promote rice products.
• Assist in training new staff members on proper techniques and safety protocols.
• Utilize basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately.
