About The Position
The Research Integrity and Compliance (RIC) Specialist is a mid-level compliance position responsible for supporting the process to ensure that all research activities conducted at the University of Minnesota adhere to the highest ethical standards and comply with all applicable federal, state, and institutional regulations and policies. This role involves developing and facilitating training for researchers, conducting audits and investigations for research integrity and compliance matters, and promoting a culture of research integrity.
