About The Position

About this role: The RIA Solutions Relationship Manager is responsible for building, maintaining, and growing relationships with brokerage staff. This individual serves as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction. The role requires frequent interaction with brokerage staff to understand their needs, provide solutions, and resolve issues effectively. You will be the “go-to” person for RIAs, capable of de-escalating situations, answering complex questions, and delivering exceptional service. In this dynamic role, you’ll manage complex initiatives, resolve escalations, and provide strategic solutions that drive growth and satisfaction. In this role, you will: Manage key brokerage relationships and lead complex initiatives regarding servicing, support and growth Provide daily support and resolution of issues to ensure satisfaction Strategize brokerage needs and provide effective solutions Identify opportunities for process improvements Maintain and analyze complex business, operational, or technical assignments that involve research and evaluation Provide effective communication and exceptional and complex understanding of the line of business platform Recommend solutions to solve operational needs and exercise independent judgment to manage relationships Manage projects, troubleshoot issues, develop business solutions and follow up to ensure satisfaction Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Business Relationship experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
  • This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check.
  • Internal transfers are subject to compliance with 17 CFR 240.17f-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and FINRA Bylaws, Article III, Section 3, which states that Associated Persons should not be subject to statutory disqualification.
  • Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and are required to report certain incidents
  • Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired.

Responsibilities

  • Primary point of contact to intake, coordinate and advocate on behalf of RIAs for resolution of operational and service escalations.
  • Provide RIAs general support direction on run the business items.
  • Connect RIAs with other WIM and/or Wells Fargo service teams when appropriate
  • Partner across the organization to resolve complex issues
  • Follow enterprise guidelines related to in-person office work schedule.
