About The Position

The Senior Lead Digital Product Manager will oversee the strategy, design, and prioritization of the Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) platform within the Advisor Platforms Product Management organization at Wells Fargo. This role focuses on enhancing the advisor experience by collaborating with various stakeholders and technology teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet complex business needs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management, product development, strategic planning, process management, or change delivery experience.

Nice To Haves

• 5+ years of experience within financial services, specifically in wealth management RIA.
• 5+ years of experience working with Agile technology development and tools like Confluence or Jira.
• Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of business requirements analysis and identification of alternative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Articulate product vision, define scope, prioritize backlog, establish goals, and provide direction for teams to design, develop, and deliver technology and processes.
• End to end ownership of defining, refining, delivering, and maintaining features and capabilities for the RIA channel.
• Integrate existing product and technology capabilities, influencing product backlogs, requirements, design, and implementation for complex business and technical needs.
• Lead the strategy and resolution of complex and unique challenges, leveraging industry research to establish competitive capabilities.
• Deliver long-term, large-scale solutions considering global market dynamics, trends, regulatory impact, and risk management.
• Provide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative business solutions for diverse product lines.
• Engage with leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery teams companywide.
• Serve as an adept advisor to leadership.
