About The Position
A well-regarded healthcare facility in Shelton, Connecticut, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Rheumatology Physician to join its specialty care team. Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Completion of an accredited Rheumatology fellowship or residency program.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology.
- Active Connecticut medical license or eligibility to obtain.
- Open to newly trained graduates.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with rheumatologic and autoimmune conditions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, advanced practice providers, and support staff.
- Participate in patient care planning, quality improvement initiatives, and departmental meetings.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR.
