About The Position

Hoskinson Health and Wellness Clinic is seeking a Rheumatology Nurse Practitioner with at least 1 year of experience to provide comprehensive care for adults with autoimmune and musculoskeletal conditions in a collaborative, outpatient setting.

You’ll manage complex rheumatologic conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide patient education on disease management and lifestyle modifications. You’ll work closely with rheumatologists and a multidisciplinary team in a clinic that values collaboration, support, and work-life balance.

Requirements

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (ANCC or AANP)
• Minimum 1 year NP experience, preferably in rheumatology, internal medicine, or specialty care
• Passion for patient-centered care and teamwork
