About The Position

As a Rhapsody Developer at Accenture Federal Services, you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. You will translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models while supporting transformation by developing business cases and guiding the implementation of key initiatives.

Requirements

Rhapsody certification
Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, JSON, HL7 v2, HL7 v3 (a plus), SOAP, and REST APIs
Experience with data integration engines (Rhapsody preferred)
5+ years of experience as a Rhapsody Developer

Responsibilities

Understand client-defined requirements and perform in-depth analysis to provide the best solution within the framework of the existing system
Write high-quality code adhering to established standards, ensuring minimal complexity for support by developers at various levels
Design and execute comprehensive unit test suites to validate code integrity and functionality
Complete detailed Technical Design documentation and other required Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) documents for each release
Facilitate and participate in testing sessions to troubleshoot, collect testing evidence, and collaborate with test leads and clients for issue resolution
Support bi-annual releases and ensure deployment readiness
Monitor Rhapsody interfaces from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, with designated primary and secondary roles
Review and clear Rhapsody error queues throughout the day
Ensure communication points are running and messages are flowing as expected
Triage issues to the appropriate owning teams and follow through until resolution or ticket creation
Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support
