RFP Specialist
About The Position
We are looking for a skilled RFP Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in securing new business opportunities. In this position, you will be responsible for crafting compelling proposals that align with client specifications and effectively communicate our unique value. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to gather essential information and ensure that each proposal is clear, persuasive, and compliant with RFP requirements. Additionally, you will maintain a repository of proposal templates and standard responses, conduct research to tailor proposals to potential clients, and assist in quality assurance by proofreading and reviewing submissions. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience writing proposals, preferably within Staffing/Contingent Workforce Industries.
- Superior writing, editing, and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail.
- Strong project management and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to manage several proposals simultaneously in a high-volume, quick-turn, fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with all levels/departments.
- Microsoft Office proficiency. Must be comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with online proposal software such as Ariba, Scout, etc. is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Proposal Development: Write, edit, and format proposals in accordance with client specifications, ensuring clarity and persuasiveness throughout.
- Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts to gather necessary information, insights, and technical content for proposals.
- Compliance and Clarity: Ensure that all proposals are compliant with RFP requirements and clearly articulate our solutions and value propositions.
- Template Management: Maintain and update the RFP database of proposal templates and standard responses to streamline the proposal development process.
- Tailored Research: Conduct thorough research to tailor responses effectively to the unique needs and expectations of potential clients.
- Quality Assurance: Assist in the quality assurance process by proofreading and reviewing proposals for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established guidelines before submission.
