About The Position

We’re hiring an RFP Specialist to lead proposal development for enterprise and B2B clients. This role requires strong writing and project management skills. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
• 2 years in B2B proposal or bid management.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Familiarity with B2B sales and solution selling.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with proposal tools (e.g., RFPIO, Loopio) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review RFPs and tailor responses to client needs.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather technical content.
• Write, edit, and format persuasive proposals.
• Manage timelines to ensure timely submissions.
• Maintain a repository of case studies and templates.
• Track proposal success and improve processes.
