The RFP/RFI Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the RFI/RFP/DDQ effort including the supervision of staff, timely completion of all questionnaires and other data requests, completion of intermediary database updates and oversight of the answer library housed in Responsive. The person in this role will work closely with the entire Distribution team and will regularly interact with investments, finance, operations, compliance and legal professionals as well as senior management. Communication with consultants, data contacts and prospects is an integral part of the job. Interaction with internal personnel and coordination of efforts with parent company is essential. Success in this role means having a proactive, hands-on, and collaborative attitude with a readiness to take ownership of a variety of initiatives. This individual will need to excel in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment and be proactive in establishing productive relationships with key stakeholders throughout the process.
