The role involves supporting the business development and retention efforts of MFS's institutional and wholesale teams globally. The primary focus is on completing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and client Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) under the supervision of a senior team member. The incumbent will collaborate with the Global RFP team to prepare and tailor responses, ensuring compliance with MFS policies and procedures while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Complete Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) as directed.
  • Coordinate the collection of quantitative data from internal business partners.
  • Prepare and edit materials describing MFS' investment products, strategies, and services.
  • Collaborate with internal groups to ensure comprehensive responses to requests.
  • Reprioritize and complete assignments in response to changing workloads and business needs.
  • Perform administrative duties to ensure compliance with RFP policies and procedures.
  • Assume additional responsibilities as required, including compiling statistical data.
  • 0 to 2 years' experience in financial services, ideally within asset management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Experience with Proposal Management Software, C360.
  • Exceptional writing, communication, editorial, analytical, research, interpersonal, verbal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to acquire in-depth knowledge of MFS investment products and procedures.
  • Adaptability to new technology and processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Collaborative work ethic with individuals at all levels within the organization.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree and Investment Management Certificate (IMC) or equivalent preferred.
  • Knowledge of RFP function and processes preferred.
  • Familiarity with financial, economic, and portfolio management concepts and terminology preferred.
