Job Summary: Responsible for design, simulation and implementation of RFIC building blocks for wireless connectivity applications especially in RF transmitters. Work with system team on architecture design and block specifications. Evaluate the design in the lab and support for the mass production. Key Challenges: You will be part of a growing analog/RFIC team, working on leading SoC chips for various Mobile and Internet of Things products. You will work on the state-of-the-art radio design in leading edge technologies and address some of the toughest specification requirements in power and performance. As part of the design and implementation process, you will also be involved w/ system architecture to provide technical support and competitive solutions to new connectivity standards. Job Qualifications: Currently pursuing a Master's or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field Strong academic record with coursework in RFIC design, analog circuit design, electromagnetic theory, and semiconductor physics. Familiarity with RFIC design concepts and architectures. Basic understanding of IC layout principles. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or MATLAB for data analysis and scripting is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong desire to learn. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The base salary range for this position is as mentioned below per year. Please note that the base salary range (OR hourly rate) is a guideline, and individual total compensation may vary based on a number of factors such as qualifications, skill level, work location, and other business and organizational needs.
