About The Position

We are looking for a RFC Order Selector to participate in our warehouse operations and activities. RFC Order Selector responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing and scanning orders. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Able to sit, stand, bend, twist, and turn body as needed for 8-10 hours per day
• Able to lift 50-75 pounds without assistance
• Physically able to operate pallet jacks and fork lifts
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
• Have reliable transportation to and from work
• Good organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
• Report any discrepancies
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
• Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
• Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; Sweep, dust, and mop as required.
• Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times
• Wear the proper safety equipment
