Parsons is seeking talented RF Wireless Engineers at multiple levels to join their team, focusing on the development and innovation of Army communications systems. This role involves participating in all phases of engineering design and software development, contributing to national security through advanced RF technology and solutions. Engineers will work on critical projects that enhance communication systems for defense partners and warfighters, ensuring a safer world through technological advancements.

  • Participate in all phases of engineering design and software development, emphasizing planning, analysis, testing, integration, documentation, and presentation.
  • Apply principles, methods, and knowledge of the functional area of expertise to specific order requirements, using advanced mathematical principles and methods to develop practical, innovative solutions.
  • Design and prepare technical reports, databases, studies, and related documentation. Create charts and graphs to record results.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and briefings as required by the order, clearly communicating complex ideas to audiences at all levels.
  • Lead the development of system architectures and the integration of software and hardware subsystems.
  • Lead and assist in conducting meetings to negotiate solutions across subsystems and disciplines (software, hardware, modeling, and analysis).
  • Demonstrate expertise in RF theory, radar theory, antennas, transmit/receive modules, and hardware modeling and simulation capabilities.
  • Utilize experience in the operational environment and high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, and implementation methodologies on complex problems.
  • Understand and apply knowledge of security requirements for specialized information transfer applications. Prepare technical reports and provide other services as required by the order.
  • Experience in radar/RF system design, development, engineering, test, evaluation, and data analysis.
  • Experience with radar/RF software (primary) and hardware (secondary) subsystems.
  • Experience in digital engineering within a modeling and simulation construct.
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline is required.
  • Journeyman - 5+ years experience or 13+ years experience in lieu of degree.
  • Senior - 10+ years experience or 18+ years experience in lieu of degree.
  • Lead - Masters and 10+ years experience or 16+ years experience in lieu of degree.
  • Must have a current/active Secret clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance if one becomes required in the future.
  • Expertise in RF theory, radar theory, antennas, and transmit/receive modules.
  • Experience with high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, and implementation methodologies.
  • Knowledge of security requirements for specialized information transfer applications.
  • Proficiency in digital engineering within a modeling and simulation construct.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to produce and present clear, well-organized presentations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
