About The Position

In this Summer/Fall Co-Op internship opportunity at Skyworks, you will learn and participate in developing advanced, state-of-the-art RF front-end module, working with experienced engineering professionals and collaborating with subject matter experts within Skyworks. Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in an Electrical Engineering BS or MS/PhD program, and must be returning to school after the completion of this Co-Op
• Must have the ability to do Co-Op term of 6 months prior to graduation within the following time frames of Summer/fall 2026 Co-Op Term (July 2026 - Dec 2026)
• Must have knowledge in RF parameters (Gain, NF, insertion loss, return loss, harmonics, IMD, IIP2/3, VSWR, etc.)
• Must have experience in using RF equipments such as oscilloscope, VNA, spectrum analyzer, RF sources
• Strong background in RF and Microwave designs
• Experience in design tools such as ADS/HFSS and/or Cadence Virtuoso
• Strong desire to learn, grow and make impact
• Strong career interest in RF/microwave testing and engineering
• Willing to share knowledge and collaborate with others
• Must have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook
• Good communication and presentation skills

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of coding is a plus

Responsibilities

• Working with experienced engineers to validate/develop RF products such as LNA, RF switches, Couplers, and integrated front-end module products.
• Measuring RF products' performance across supply, temperature, and frequency
• Creating compliance matrices against spec, plotting results and analyzing data
• Participating and presenting in data reviews
• Performing lab testing using standard RF test equipment
• Working with a design engineer to help optimize matching circuits and verify the designs
• Collaborating with other engineers and technicians
