We are seeking a hands on Integration Test & Evaluation Engineer to support planning, execution, and reporting of RF antenna radiation distribution pattern testing. The selected candidate will work closely with cross functional teams to plan and execute tests. Requirements

  • B.S. in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, or related STEM Engineering discipline (M.S. preferred)
  • 1+ years of professional engineering experience.
  • Knowledge of electrical, RF, Systems or mechanical engineering concepts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret (or higher) security clearance, therefore you must be a US Citizen.
  • Willing to travel domestically up to 10%

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with missile systems, particularly fire control/targeting subsystems
  • Experience with anechoic chambers, vector network analyzers (VNA), spectrum analyzers, and near‑field scanners
  • Demonstrated capability to coordinate cross disciplinary teams for fabrication, integration, and testing of flight hardware
  • Proven troubleshooting aptitude and ability to drive integration participants toward efficient I&T program execution
  • Track record of delivering compelling customer presentations that convey performance results, schedule status, and corrective actions
  • Knowledge of test equipment lifecycle management, including functional verification, calibration, and security requirements
  • Experience authoring test procedures, managing test facility interfaces, and ensuring data integrity and cataloging
  • Prior experience briefing U.S. government customers and internal management

Responsibilities

  • Test Planning – Develop and maintain test plans and procedures.
  • Test Execution – Support hardware integration and execution; ensure test data is captured, validated, calibrated, and securely archived.
  • Adaptability – Ability to learn new technical concepts and quickly adapt to dynamic schedules.
  • Stakeholder Communication – Prepare and deliver briefings, technical presentations, and written reports (status, performance, corrective actions) to U.S. government customers and internal leadership.
  • Equipment Management – Oversee test equipment inventory, calibration, and security compliance; coordinate maintenance and troubleshooting with support teams.
