Come Join Us this position is eligible for a $5000.00 Sign On Bonus! Please note this position supports our Weekend Day Shift working Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 3:00AM to 3:00PM. You will work 36 Hours and be paid for 40 Hours plus earn a 21% pay premium. Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site.   • Perform routine and varied tasks to ensure that production standards are met.
  • Set up, calibrate, test and troubleshoot production assemblies.
  • Provide quality and/or technical support to engineers on a variety of quality and technical tasks.
  • Gather, maintain, format, compile, and manipulate technical data, such as laboratory or material test results and proposed engineering design changes.
  • Produce various engineering documentation, reports, drawings (flow charts, block diagrams, and schematics).
  • Perform detailed mathematical calculations, where appropriate, using established formulas.
  • Conduct preliminary analyses of data where guidelines are provided in such areas as trajectory adequacy, model dimensional consistency.
  • Make quantitative judgments concerning technical data.
  • Use personal computer in performance of analyses and development of documentation/reports.
  • Associate of Science degree in Electronics Technology (or equivalent) and 4 years work experience in advanced test domain or equivalent Military training and experience.
  • Test electronic and electro-mechanical units using standard and RF test equipment.
  • Analyze results to evaluate performance and determine need for adjustment.
  • Follow complex test specifications, test procedures and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings diagrams, hardware specifications, schematics, or written work instructions.
  • Working knowledge of electronic theory and components.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and analyze failures using electronic test equipment and software.
  • Diagnose minor deficiencies in equipment and recommend rework where necessary.
  • Experience in microelectronics and RF testing.
  • Prior test experience.
  • Prior DoD/Aerospace Testing Experience.
  • Must work well with a team.
  • Experience in using Excel.
