About The Position

As a member of the MACOM RF Power Business Unit, the RF Test Engineering Intern will work alongside experienced engineers who will provide mentoring, guidance, and introductions to colleagues. This Internship with MACOM will help the Intern gain valuable work experience in a key discipline, build professional relationships, and take ownership of a business-critical project.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, with interest in RF or Electromagnetics.
• Due to ITAR regulations, the candidate must be a US person.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of RF test equipment (spectrum analyzer, network analyzers, signal generators).
• Previous lab, or hobbyist type electronic experience a plus.
• Software development or programming experience in MATLAB.

Responsibilities

• Develop test platforms to test various RF designs
• Develop Test Plans
• Document Test Results
