About The Position

The RF Technology Intern will be provided hands-on experience in RF technology and manufacturing operations. Interns will support a structured RF and coax cable assembly project while gaining exposure to testing, quality processes, and production workflows. The role offers practical application of engineering and technical concepts in a real manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Current student in a 2- or 4-year degree program.
• Currently in a college or university program focused on Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, RF Engineering or Telecommunications, or related.
• Expected graduation date between December 2026-May 2027.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Interested in RF Technology, electronics, or manufacturing.
• Strong communication (written and verbal), time management, learning mindset, takes accountability, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills and abilities.

Nice To Haves

• Completed or completing coursework or project work in engineering, manufacturing, operations, quality, and production planning.
• Special interest in learning hands-on technical work, process improvement, product testing and validation, technical documentation, and problem solving in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support project tasks as outlined in the internship project plan which will involve the assembly, testing, and documentation of a RF technology product.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in meetings.
• Support RF technology and coax cable assembly project tasks.
• Assist with cutting, stripping, and terminating coax cables.
• Participate in RF testing using VNA equipment.
• Document assembly processes and RF performance results.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams.
• Prepare updates, summaries, or presentations with guidance from your manager and assist with final project presentation.
