About The Position

The RF Technician role at Aerotek involves working collaboratively to evaluate and troubleshoot RF products while promoting a culture of continual improvement through Lean tools. The technician will engage with customers and global service partners, ensuring adherence to quality policies and goals, and will perform essential repairs and evaluations of incoming products.

Requirements

• Electrical and mechanical skills
• Troubleshooting and assembly experience
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics
• Experience with installation and use of test equipment such as multimeters, signal generators, power meters, network analyzers, frequency counters, RF generators, and spectrum analyzers
• Knowledge of ERP systems
• Ability to perform calibration and test procedures in accordance with ISO/ICE accreditation
• Proficient soldering skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office package
• Technical degree or certification required

Nice To Haves

• Prior electronics service repair/calibration experience
• Associates degree is a plus
