About The Position

RF Techincal Analyst The Opportunity: You know that technical analysts touch every single part mission execution: from inception to positive client mission outcomes. We’re looking for someone like you to help our clients meet their mission supporting national security. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented technical analyst to support the Radio Frequency (RF) planning and partner outreach for our client. This role requires working closely with multiple stakeholders, RF teams, and various points of contact to ensure milestones are tracked, documented, and met on time. In this role, you’ll manage the schedules and delivery of advanced RF and cyber solutions. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their RF requirements. You’ll move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to guide the Agile development of project roadmaps, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress, while bringing people together to make a tangible difference. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing projects within government entities such as the Department of War
  • Experience managing large-scale technical projects successfully from start to finish, including milestone tracking and risk management
  • Experience with multi-domain operations or exercises, including in air, space, and cyber domains
  • Experience with joint operations, including coordinating with Combatant Commands, Joint Staff, or military services
  • Experience with space systems deployment and operational employment
  • Ability to communicate effectively about RF range systems, project plans, and technical progress with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with projects involving RF communications or RF engineering
  • Experience managing engineering teams with methodologies such as Agile
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment and working with flexible customer requirements
  • Experience with the Joint Exercise Life Cycle
  • PMP or similar certification
