About The Position

The RF Systems/Hardware Engineer position at Volt involves providing engineering analysis, baseline management, operations and maintenance, system enhancement, and integration support for a complex operational communications system. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering analysis and baseline management for RF systems.
• Ensure successful operation, maintenance, and sustainment of hardware for operational communications systems.
• Establish requirements for new software and system hardware enhancements.
• Support efforts for new capabilities and development of operational processes.
• Troubleshoot, document, and resolve system outages and issues during operation.
• Collect diagnostic data and document problems in logging and discrepancy reporting tools.
• Restore system operation and develop workarounds as necessary.
• Store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis and troubleshooting of system capabilities.
• Utilize analytic devices such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers for troubleshooting.
