Amazon Leo is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite network. Our mission is to deliver fast, reliable internet connectivity to customers beyond the reach of existing networks. From individual households to schools, hospitals, businesses, and government agencies, Amazon Leo will serve people and organizations operating in locations without reliable connectivity. The Plexus Lab team owns the Leo Software lab and provides lab as a fully managed service. We make it possible to develop, build and test the code on real hardware. In this role, you will design, build and maintain the lab infrastructure. Your role will involve designing, integrating and providing continuous support for complex Radio Frequency (RF) satellite and ground based hardware in the loop (HIL) testing environments. A key aspect of your position will be serving as a liaison between software teams and hardware teams. In this capacity, you will establish a healthy testing environment while maintaining high standards as software moves through Design Verification (DVT), Acceptance Testing (ATP), Qualification Testing (QTP) and live payload integration. The Leo Plexus team owns labs, tools and software for verifying the quality of our networking equipment before release. This software will be operating both on the ground and in space. The team raises our high quality bar before our software reaches customers.
