Requirements

• Education: BS in Engineering (Master's or PhD preferred).
• Experience: 5+ years of relevant engineering experience in RF/microwave, electronics, or aerospace.
• Technical Expertise: Analog and digital circuit design, micro-electronics, magnetics, and high-power circuit design, switching power supply topologies, ASIC, VHDL, and microprocessor core design, hardware/software integration, DO-254 and DO-160 compliance, EMC and lightning design, modeling, simulation, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and analysis of RF and microwave products, ensuring performance, cost, and quality objectives are met.
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions for product issues; implement design improvements and modernization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, quality, and business units) to meet schedule, cost, and reliability targets.
• Plan and manage project activities, budgets, and technical deliverables.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, reports, and design reviews to meet customer and program requirements.
• Support continuous improvement through Kaizen and 5S initiatives.
