  • Assist in the design and simulation of RF circuits and subsystems (e.g., beamformers, U/D converters, filters, mixers).
  • Support testing and characterization of RF ICs/components using spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators and other required RF instruments.
  • Create test plans by collaborating with other product engineers, designers and application engineers.
  • Track/coordinate the ongoing qualification activities of the ICs.
  • Help with PCB layout considerations for RF signal paths and impedance matching.
  • Handle evaluation board orders including PCB fabrication and kitting.
  • Organize the lab environment and keep it clean and neat.
  • Analyze test data and prepare technical reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development and validation.
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of RF principles, including transmission lines, S-parameters, and modulation techniques.
  • Familiarity with RF simulation tools (e.g., ADS, HFSS, CST) and EDA software (e.g., Cadence Allegro etc).
  • Coursework or exposure in one or more of the following: Digital Signal Processing, Wireless Communication, Digital Communication, RF Systems, RF Circuits.
  • Experience with lab equipment such as VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and oscilloscopes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Exposure to wireless standards (e.g., Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, LTE).
  • Knowledge of EMC/EMI testing and mitigation techniques.
  • Programming experience in MATLAB or Python for data analysis.
  • Hands-on experience in RF circuit design, testing, and troubleshooting.
