RF/mmW Hardware Design Engineer

The RF/mmW Hardware Design Engineer will design, develop, and optimize radio frequency hardware circuits and systems for wireless communications devices operating at mmW frequencies.The engineer will be responsible for design and integration of cellular radio platforms, and will be involved from initial concept study to the mass production. This engineer will implement creative RF designs to realize our wireless product requirements.MSEE or Ph.D preferred
Requirements
- Expertise in Tx/Rx specification flow down related to linearity and noise
- Expertise in IC/package co-design and EM/SIPI simulation flows
- Expertise in module packaging technologies, qualification, and ATE
- Familiarity with embedded systems and peripheral interfaces
- Proficiency in wireless communications standards and wireless technology
- Hands on experience with 5GNR FR2 product development
- Hands on experience with probe stations for conducted characterization and anechoic chambers for OTA characterization, especially at mmW frequencies
Nice To Haves
- MSEE or Ph.D preferred
