You will be the RF Engineering Associate Manager for the ADP team which is responsible for driving the design, development, integration, and validation of radio‑frequency systems for aerospace and defense platforms. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering
Demonstrated ability to manage technical projects
Prior experience working classified programs
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

Experience working with communications hardware and systems

Responsibilities

Provide technical direction and mentorship to the RF engineering team.
Oversee design, development, integration, and validation activities for RF systems.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with suppliers and customers to define requirements and resolve technical issues.
Ensure compliance with security, safety, and quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.
