You’ve got to be a team player who can deliver full scope Mobility solutions via sound engineering principles, proper planning, leadership, and teamwork. This position is a key role within RF Engineering team. It encompasses cell DAS, public safety DAS, small cell, and converged wifi solution integration and commissioning as well as the ongoing maintenance and modification of these systems Our teams at Vision focus on driving 100% customer success, innovation, and professional development, all while cultivating a fun, collaborative environment. Requirements

BSEE or technical degree (preferred but not required).
5-7 years of RF engineering experience
3+ years’ experience with iBwave software (certification is a plus).
Expert knowledge and understanding of 2G,3G,4G, 5G and associated wireless technologies
DAS OEM certifications preferred such as Corning, CommScope, SOLiD, ADRF, and/or JMA/TEKO
Experience with Link Budgets for multiple technologies/frequencies, calculating noise levels, and calculating intermodulation products.
Demonstrated knowledge of Public Safety / 2 Way radio communications and requirements
Knowledge of radio wave propagation fundamentals, antenna theory, and optical transmission.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including advanced technical writing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office productivity tools

Responsibilities

Assist with design in building-cellular and Public safety systems utilizing predictive design tools such iBwave, PCTel, Wind Catcher and other benchmarking tools based on customer and wireless service provider requirements.
Evaluate RF audit data to determine design and macro network impact.
Provide engineered solutions, pricing and proposal support to account teams and project managers by translating designs into bills of materials, labor estimates, and scopes of work.
Assist field engineers with optimization recommendations, troubleshooting and engineering support
Perform ongoing system testing, test analysis, troubleshooting, test reports and recommendation for changes and upgrades.
Provide Post implementation DAS maintenance and support.
Assist Engineering team with OEM and Wireless Service Provider innovation and solution trends.
