  • Hands-on experience with RF hardware such as amplifiers, transceivers, frequency synthesizers, converters, and antennas.
  • Experience with verification and validation in relevant environments (thermal vacuum, EMI/EMC, vibration).
  • Familiarity with FCC Form 1494 filings and spectrum licensing/regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge of software-defined radios (SDRs) and digital signal processing for RF applications.
  • Familiarity with spacecraft systems engineering, including requirements management and model-based systems engineering (MBSE).
  • Hands-on experience with RF payloads for satellites, lunar missions, or cislunar communications.
  • Proficiency with RF test equipment: spectrum analyzers, VNAs, signal generators, power meters, oscilloscopes.
  • Experience preparing FCC Form 1494 filings and navigating spectrum licensing/regulatory requirements.
  • Knowledge of international spectrum coordination processes (e.g., ITU filings).
