About The Position

We are seeking highly motivated and versatile RF Engineers to join our dynamic and fast-paced team, where they will tackle complex and intriguing technical challenges. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your broad engineering expertise to span multiple disciplines, while maintaining a deep technical proficiency in modeling, simulation, design, and testing. Ideal candidates will possess a diverse background and skillset, with a proven ability to rapidly adapt and acquire adjacent skills to optimize workflow efficiency. As part of our Analysis and Test Team, you will have access to cutting-edge software modeling tools and state-of-the-art hardware resources, enabling you to tackle unique and challenging problems with creativity and innovation.

Requirements

  • MATLAB experience including authoring functions, object-oriented code, GUIs, etc.
  • Data processing and analysis skills with an emphasis on RF centric analysis
  • Familiarity with full wave electromagnetic solvers, such as method of moments code
  • Basic working understanding of Linux for code execution and script development, including bash code development
  • Basic understanding of material properties and how they affect CEM analysis
  • Experience reporting and presenting data in a probabilistic manner
  • Active TS/SCI

Nice To Haves

  • Background utilizing COTS and GOTS CEN tools such as Ansys HFSS, CST Microwave Studio, FEKO, etc.
  • Antenna design, modeling, and analysis
  • Experience analyzing RF data sets including data reduction, filtering, and graphical representation of data for end-user consumption
  • Background with standard RF test equipment such as signal generators, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, network analyzers, etc.
  • Experience with RF chain analysis and link budget generation
  • Digital signal processing background
  • Experience with Git and Git related tools such as GitLab and the use of Git for complex code management
  • Python programming experience
  • Prior experience with STK scenario modeling from an RF perspective to include metrics such as sensor availability, link budgets, etc.
