About The Position

You will be the RF Engineer Staff for the ADP team which is responsible for driving the design, development, integration, and validation of radio‑frequency systems for aerospace and defense platforms. What You Will Be Doing As the RF Engineer Staff you will be responsible for shaping advanced RF solutions that power critical missions. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate customer needs into robust, high‑performance designs. “Your responsibilities will include:” Lead design, development, integration, and validation of RF systems for aerospace and defense platforms. Architect and define system requirements for RF solutions. Manage technical supplier relationships and ensure compliance with program standards. Oversee system integration activities across multidisciplinary teams. Serve as the primary interface with customers to capture needs and provide technical guidance. Ability to work remotely Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Security Clearance Information This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering technical disciplines such as Electrical or Mechanical.
  • Experience in performing technical supplier management.
  • Experience working within classified environments.
  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
  • The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

  • Experience working with Beyond Line of Site communication hardware.
  • Experience working within DoD acquisition processes and procedure.
