As an RF and microwave engineer, you’ll guide the architecture and implementation of RF solutions and analysis. Requirements

Experience with RF or microwave circuit design, including amplifiers, mixers, oscillators, filters, and antennas and metrics such as SNR and NF
Experience with advanced RF or microwave design techniques such as electromagnetic (EM) simulation
Experience with RF measurement tools, including spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and signal generators, and with designing custom RF hardware through simulation, fabrication, testing, and optimization stages of product development
Experience with RF simulation tools such as Microwave Office, HFSS, or FEKO
Ability to troubleshoot and debug RF hardware
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to display an eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic engineering environment and adapt to evolving technical needs
Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in RF hardware design, simulation, testing, and evaluation, or Master’s degree and 3+ years of experience in RF hardware design, simulation, testing, and evaluation

Experience leading and managing small to medium-sized engineering team
Experience with RF photonics
Experience with MATLAB or Python and GitHub for signal processing applications and software and algorithm development
Knowledge of lab automation and scripting to streamline testing processes and data acquisition
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
