About The Position
As a member of the Sustaining Engineering team, you would join other smart, talented, and dedicated engineers that pride themselves in analyzing the most difficult challenges for the launch-test range while developing and delivering solutions to meet the needs of the US Space Force and their customers. In this position, you will perform engineering functions to design, develop, modify, integrate and test new subsystems on mono-pulse tracking radars on the Western Test Range. This position will lead an engineering team with the technical aspects of projects and the supporting multi-disciplined project teams. This position is located at Vandenberg Space Force Base, California. This position may be eligible for a hybrid telecommuting schedule after the initial training period is complete. Tasks for this position must be performed largely on-site, but may be eligible for a hybrid telecommuting schedule for later assignments.
